Wyatt is the realtor you should be with if you want to sell your home! He is lightyears ahead of most because of his marketing abilities. He will market your home online, via facebook, anyway he can and all that does is make your home the first one to sell! He was right on with pricing strategy for us as well. Our home sold fast (faster than others in the neighborhood), was priced right so it appraised well, and closed without a hitch! Great experience, great realtor!
