Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Pinole, CA.
We were successful in our Short Sale transaction with Yasumi, however our case was a difficult one and we always had lots of questions for Yasumi regarding how the process worked. In todays world everyone communicates with e-mail, but we would have appreciated a more direct mode of contact either in person or more phone calls regarding the diffiiculties and challenges that were presented to us along the way.
