    Showed home in 2013 in Northwest, Prado Verde, TX 79932.
    JoAnn is very knowledgable and her expertise in the local markets helped us tremendously. We were interested in new homes near Artcraft and Westside Dr in the Upper Valley in El Paso. Because she had worked with the builder, JoAnn was able to give us details about the French drains the builder had used. This is very important as the homes are close to the Rio Grande River. Additionally, JoAnn provided market comparisons, which helped us a lot. She was very efficient in keeping us informed about new listings through email and although we did not find a home, I would recommend her to anyone looking for real estate.…More Less
