Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Fishers, IN.
My wife and I worked with Jennifer to buy our first home. From the moment we met, Jennifer was amazing to work with. She was involved, proactive, informative and very knowledgable. She made the process of looking for the perfect home easy and enjoyable. She took a great interest in making sure we found exactly what we were looking for. I appreciated her honesty, availability and listening skills during this process. Jennifer listened to everything we told her that we were looking for and within the first day of talking to her already had 5 houses to look for. She even met with us over Thanksgiving to make sure we would not miss out on any potential house. You can tell that she really loves her job and takes great pride in finding the perfect house for her clients.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 in Noblesville, IN.
Jennifer was a God-Send. She had extensive knowledge and experience on the short sale process and communicated with us every step of the way. My husband and I felt extremely comfortable making decisions because we trusted the information and advice she provided us with. Although the sale took a year to go through, she was patient and never stopped fighting for us. I only regret she did not make more from the sale.
We have already recommended her to others and we will use her in the future without a second thought.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Indianapolis, IN.
Jennifer was wonderful to work with. With her help, we were able to find our first house after looking at about 20 houses. She was very helpful and responsive to our questions, and guided us along as first-time buyers. We would recommend her to anyone.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to “Thank You” again fro helping me and Reggie find our new home. You made everything SO easy and smooth for me from day one. You made it your goal to help me find what I was looking for. You were constantly e-mailing properties that you felt matched what I wanted(and they did), setting appointments on short notice, always going out of your way to make sure I had all the information and just providing the friendly service that is often too hard to find these days. You were extremely patient always smiling and willing to help in any way possible. No matter what the obstacle was, you found a way around it. You were not pushy to get a sale and always had my best interest at heart. I know you were chosen by God as a part of his plan for my journey, I cannot thank you enough.
I will be a reference for life and will continue to recommend you highly to anyone needing a realtor.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Indianapolis, IN.
Jennifer reaffirmed my confidence in the whole home buying experience. I had been trying to buy a home for over 3 yrs and dealt with 5 agents until coming in contact with her and she was such a positive person and helpful in explaining the entire procedure. Within a couple of months I was IN my new home with a payment I am comfortable with.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Carmel, IN.
Jennifer was awesome! I'm so happy my former neighbor called me to recommend her when I was getting ready to sell. Specifically, she did a great job of de-cluttering and then staging my house. She was also pretty much dead on with respect to the comps and then eventual listing price. She went above and beyond with respect to being available to oversee contractors for a few outside repairs (roof, crawl, and wood siding) and inside upgrades (kitchen counters and appliances). She also was very helpful in providing guidance with respect to the offer we received, considered and then negotiated.

Top Notch! Jennifer far exceeded our expectations. Her professionalism was always evident and never wavered during our 12 plus month home search. We relocated from Kansas City and our numerous visits prior to the move required detailed planning on Jennifer’s part to ensure we were able to look at as many houses as possible. Her detailed planning and our quest for the perfect house resulted in over 130 house viewings and not to mention about 5 or 6 offers that fell thru. I recommend and highly encourage anyone to use Jennifer as their agent. Thank you Jennifer!

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Fishers, IN.
We worked with Jennifer when relocating our parents from Michigan.
It was a long process and required a lot of patience. Many relatives were involved.
Jennifer handled the situation perfectly. We ended up with exactly what we wanted at a very good price. I would not hesitate to recommend Jennifer or to use her again.
Although we were three hours away, Jennifer helped us to get to know the area, gave us LOTS of home options to choose from and was in constant contact with us throughout the process. She went WAY above and beyond to ensure that we got not only the home we wanted, but also the location, the schools, the neighborhood, and the price we were looking for. Since we were so far away, she visited homes we were interested in on her own. She would take her phone and walk me through the floorplan, send lots of pictures and talk with me about where it might fit within our list of favorites.
Even when we ran into some issues with our first option that were outside our control, Jennifer got us through it and helped us find another home that we are so, so happy with. When it came time to make an offer and negotiate price and terms, Jennifer really knew what she was doing. She helped us get the best price possible and ensured every detail was taken care of.
Jennifer is friendly, sweet, smart and professional. She really knows the area and the business. We felt like we were in great hands with her and couldn't be happier with our new home. Again, she went so far above and beyond what I would expect from even a really great realtor. She was personally committed to ensuring a smooth, happy move for us - and that's what we got!
