Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Conifer, CO.
As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and Barbara was always there with an answer! If she didn't know the answer she would get back to us right away, returning all phone calls and emails within 24hours.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $450K in Pine, CO.
our path with Barbara began in Nov, 2010, when we were planning a move from Texas to Conifer-Evergreen-Bailey. she explained Reverse Mortgage financing to us and even though we did not move right away, she came to our rescue when our Texas home burned in the Aug Bastrop County FEMA disaster. working largely long distance, we flew to meet with her. she had winnowed down our choices using her area knowledge, helped us with the deal in Pine, shepherded us through the MetLife RM process, and now we live in a mountain contemporary, wall of windows, multiple decks, acreage, full southern exposure, 3-car garage, radiant floor heating-all the advantages from a real pro and none of the disadvantages from a RE agent who had less knowledge. it was as if she were our guardian angel combined with RE agent expertise.

Showed home in 2011 in Evergreen, CO.
We asked for a tour of a house that zillow recommended to us in an email. Barbara was very friendly and personable, and after finding that the zillow-recommended house didn't meet our needs (no stairs!), she even visited us at our house to see what type of home we were looking for. We are looking for a true single level ranch home without basement and without any stairs. These seem to be very rare in this part of the County.

From first contact, to close of escrow, Barbara was incredible. She got to know us, what we wanted in a mountain home, what our hopes and dreams for living in Colorado were and delivered stunning results. Information and questions getting answered were never more than a phone call or email away.

Barbara is very attentive to detail. She really listens to what you are looking for and works hard to find what need. When looking at houses, she is keen to see both positive and negative aspects of the home, property, location and value. Barbara takes into consideration what you liked or didn't like and she adjusts future showings based on your personal style and preferences.
When Barbara and I worked together to find a home for me and my family, she was patient, considerate, very efficient and responsive. She is actually our family realtor as she has helped not only me, but also my brother and father with home purchases. We love Barbara and always refer her to friends or family when the opportunity arises.
