Zestimate changes DAILY!!!!!!!!
Yes, can Zillow claim 1 nice house in Brooklym NY is worth about $12K (estimate), and did not inidcate that was a price 30 years ago?

I hope they will do something about it, not just deny and blame data provider, or ask owner to make an 'owner estimate'. The public information is there, everybody can pull it if they knew where to get it. If Zillow wants to use it to estimate OUR property value, then it is Zillow's responsibility to make sure it is correct after data provider provide them this information. Ask owner to create another estimate number while at the same time lists zestimate calculated from false information IS NOT a correct way, there is creditbility issuse...
Zillow says this home has dropped by over 200,000 in the last month, wow I want it.
hehe, I am willing to pay Zillow $50 to get it for me...
My Home "Zestimate" is lower than vacant lots next door???
LOL - Zillow used different algorithm to calculate value for house w/o bedrooms and house with bedrooms, and said that is perfectly legit to say your house is less valuable than the empty lot you mentioned. That is computer calculated, just starting point...
hmmm, it seems that is common problem for zillow. I just checked my house, guess what! I just fount out Zillow just use half of my property tax as 'property tax' in their calculation, and the county record has the correct information. ZILLOW SUCKS... WHERE YOU GOT YOUR PUBLIC INFORMATION FROM???

In zillow's eye, this is the marginal error can be ignored. Only 1 house distance difference, from millions house on the map?? That is computer calculated, you care that small error??
Zestimates are exactly why housing prices are in Drastic Decline!

Since you used nerual network, it is possible the machine pickup whether the house is claimed by owner, like claimed indicator, owner's input upgrades, etc., can not say there is definately no effects.
