Good to hear. What do you think of the new communities - Picket lane, starside and stansbury by Richmond American homes? These homes are fairly priced to upper 370k for move-in ready homes.Eventually, I would like to see more sales above the 400k within 1/2 mile radius of Stansbury. If you do, please let me know.

Are the comparable sales in your area close to your asking price? Is that pricing current or projected? Is that realistic?*
