Closed refinance loan.
I really enjoyed working with Todd. He communicated quickly and transparently -- sometimes providing clear, detailed answers to late evening questions in minutes when I wouldn't have expected a response until the next day. He helped guide me through a refinancing at the lowest rate and fees I could find (despite rate shopping) and made sure that the process kept moving without a hitch. The entire refi process went from first contact to close much faster than I would have expected (weeks vs. months) and have experienced in previous transactions. Closed refinance loan.
Todd helped us through refinancing 2 properties. We've gone through MANY refis over the last 20 years and he's far and away the best of the lot. One person who we had done a refi with us before threw up his hands but Todd stepped up. He knows his stuff and made the process as straightforward as possible. The lender's requirements are crazy at this stage but Todd led us through the red tape with as little pain as possible. We would highly recommend him for any refi transactions.…More Less

Closed refinance loan. Elk Grove, CA
We completed our refinance in the first week of December 2012. With the loan closing in December that meant no house payment for the month of December. Completing the refinance was a wonderful Christmas present. Todd was able to get us a very attractive rate and we lowered our house payment by almost $600.00 per month. THANK YOU TODD,
The refinance process took longer than expected and there were issues which came up during the process. Todd was very quick to call and explain in detail what was neccessary to clear each hurdle and the quickest way to handle. The loan rate he said he would be able to get was just as stated and the amount of money which was refunded from the old escrow account was within $50.00 of his projection.
I would certainly recommend Todd and tell all that he is truly a professional and cares about his clients.
