I have attended this school for two years and plan to graduate early. I love going to this school because I feel that I actually learn things and I am able to become more connected with my teachers. The staff makes you feel welcome and they are easy to talk to about social and educational sturggles. Peer problems were prevelent during my first year; however this went away after a short time. I also had some regrets about attending the school my first year but this changed over the course of my second year. This school feels like a second home to me.

This is my 1st year at SandHoke (I'm a freshman; c/o '13) and overall I think it's an 'okay' school. It could be alot better though. There are no sports or extracurricluar activities and I believe that is a MAJOR setback that is keeping students from wanting to come to this school. If we were able to play sports at Hoke High then I'd love to stay here and earn the Associates Degree but since there are none and I don't necessarily like the environment here I am leaving next year. I know I am missing out on a great opportunity but it's something I think I should do. If you like to work and have little fun then SandHoke is the place for you. (
the school is good if you are wiiling to be serious and get the work done. They are some good things in the school with a small learning enviroment although this does not allow you to have extracurricular activities. The school is tough and requires dedication if you want the degree and diploma.
Do you know what makes the Japanese school so disciplen? They have principals and practices. This helps the students and teachers develope skills confidence good grades respect for others and themselves. It also helps them choose their career. I saw this book and interested me you should give it a try...who knows maybe the school can get highers scores that average 86-100 % !!
Sandhoke is a very good school. The only setback is the extracurricular activities but we are moving up! we have around 105 or 106 students and a variety of Highschool and College Classes. We even have a Self-defense Class!
SandHoke Is a great exprience for the students and the teachers. Everyone knows each other it is like one big family. I am a student at SandHoke I am part of the first class.
SHECHS provides a wonderful opportunity of its students! SHECHS in conjunction with Sandhills Com. College the students earn both a high school diploma and an Associates Degree over the 5 year program. 2006/2007 is our first school year and so far I believe it to be a great academic start!
