The Zillow Refer-An-Agent Program

The Zillow Refer-An-Agent Program is a long name with a simple purpose - to reward Premier Agents that refer other agents to sign up for the Zillow Premier Agent program.

Earn Rewards with the Zillow Refer-An-Agent Program

The Reward*:

  • Refer 1-3 agents per calendar year and get a $75 reward card for each Premier Agent
  • Refer 4+ agents per calendar year and get a $100 reward card for each subsequent agent that you bring on board

PLUS your referred agent will receive a 20% discount off their total listing price when purchasing a Premier Agent Platinum package!

How to Qualify
  • Share Zillow with agents you think will benefit from the program.
  • The agent you refer can sign up by:
  • Calling 866-324-4005. Agents must mention your name to qualify you for the referral reward.  
  • If signing up through self-serve: your referred agent will need to email refer@zillow.com with their name, name of package purchased, date of purchase, and of course, your name. We'll take care of the rest.

Refer-An-Agent FAQs
I've referred someone. Where's my gift card?
Assuming your referred agent meets the qualifying eligibility requirements, we will issue your reward card within a reasonable time after your referred agent has been a Premier Agent, fully paid and in good standing for three (3) months.
What about the referrals I've given you in the past?
The Zillow Refer-An-Agent Program is only for new Premier Agents referred to the program beginning September 20, 2010. We thank you for your referrals and encourage you to keep spreading the word so you can take part in the program!
