Our family just moved here from another state and I am very disappointed with this school. There was a police presence on the first day of school to maintain order (not a good first impression). If your child has special needs DO NOT even attempt to send your child here. This school is very discriminatory and insensitive. They will give your child the boot and send he or she to an "alternative" school but of course under the guise of the transfer being "in the best interest of the child" instead of making accomodations for your child.

I am the Secretary of the PTA this year. My son just started Kindergarten at Reid and I have been disappointed in the level of parent involvement.
