This school is not good with diversity. The teachers don't handle bullying well at all. They let it happen right in front of everyone and don't intervene unless they are told about a complaint (which takes a lot of complaining). Many of the administration seem very oblivious to the bad things that happen at this school. Some teachers even teach by u tube instead of teaching the class themselves. Not all teachers are bad but i think if they take on the responsibility of teaching your child they take on the responsibilities of keeping them safe by making sure the bullying stops. Every school has there own issues but just investigate and compare. Then decide what school will fit your child best.

This school is absolutely incredible. The sense of small town and community make this school one of a kind. The teachers are dedicated and caring and are genuinely interested in helping your child to succeed. I would never send my children anywhere else especially no where around here.

This school is absolutely terrible. The staff Faculty &Students are very rude and i would not recomend anyone who is a little different to attend this school. They don't seem to be able to handle diversity.

My son has went to this school for 2 years and has adjusted wonderfully to this school. The teachers were very helpful and there are plenty of activities to interest all of the children. Small towns are what you make them and Riverdale is a wonderful school.

My children excelled in every school they attended. Until they attended Riverdale. The lack of gifted programs coupled with the mediocre staff and the small town mentality effectively hindered my children's education and ultimate outlook on life. -proud parent p.s. Don't blind yourself with the thought that the size of this town will bring security or a 'salt of the earth' sense of community.!!
