The teaching staff takes the time to work together to create a fertile learning environment for the students.

Southwest Middle School has dedicated teachers who work with and inspire children from financially struggling families and students who are just learning English. Students are happy there and most go on to lead happy and productive lives despite the economic status of their families. Many of these families have moved to the US in order to give their children a better future even though the move has in many cases been extremely difficult. Teachers at this school go beyond the requirements of their jobs to give the students of these families an improved chance of success both academically and economically.

It is a great school built on opportunity and leadership. I would recommend any gifted student to enroll in this friendly school.
