We homeschooled our two daughters until they begged us to try 'regular' school. I am very protective so was a little worried about the public school environment. I was happy to find very involved parents teachers who take a personal approach to each child and wonderful students. We did experience some teasing with one of my kids but it was taken care of immediately. The principal and vice principal are an amazing team too! I wonder if they ever go home! We are having a great experience!

I love B-40! I have met a bunch of great friends there and the sports are really great. I would say the after school Wednesday classes are almost better though...there are so many cool choices!

Many parents and kids love this school. It's very supportive for kids who are into sports. But my son was so unhappy there that he begged to be homeschooled. I later met a new friend who had taken her son out of the same school for the same reason. The teaching was uneven. When my son was there he was subjected to bullying of every kind even though he had had lots of friends in elementary school.
