Regents Exams (RE)

In 2011-2012 New York used the New York State Regents Examinations to test high school students in English language arts, math, global history and geography, US history and government, living environment, chemistry, earth science, physics and several foreign languages. The results for English language arts, math, living environment, chemistry, earth science, physics, global history and geography, and US history and government are displayed in GreatSchools profiles. Students must take at least five Regents Exams in order to graduate. Scores of 65 and above are passing; scores of 55 and above earn credit toward a local diploma (with the approval of the local board of education). The goal is for all students to pass the tests.

I think Schuylerville does a great job at 'talking big' about what they are going to do and then not do it. If your child is a special ed student good luck. I can't wait until my children get out of this school.

This was my son's first year. For a now teenager going through other changes this change went very smoothly.

I would highly reccommend Schuylerville. All aspects of our childrens education have exceeded expectations. We transfered our children from a private school to Schuylerville based upon it's reputation. It was the best educational move that we have ever made.

My children have attended Schuylerville schools since they started school. We just moved to Texas and they started 10th and 12th grade respectively. Schuylerville gave them the tools necessary to make this change and feel confident that they can compete in school.
