I believe that Scottsburg Middle School is one of the finest schools in Indiana if not the entire country. Our school was recently nominated for a national award for Architecture. We have an outstanding student academic program many extra curricular activities and a well organized teaming method. Our school has the latest in technology also with the Acellerated Reader program the school is only 2 years old and brand new top of the line Gateway computers. Our system of teaching is what makes Scottsburg Middle School diffrent from others. We have a method of teaching which incorporates the 4 core subjects Math Science Social Studies and Language Arts. Then students are placed in a Related Arts class such as F.A.C.S. Physical Education Health Industrial Technology and Art. The students then are organized into what we call R.E.A.C.H. or homeroom. But we call it R.E.A.C.H. Scottsburg Middle School is awesome. Thankyou Connor Caudill
