I have been watching this school grow. The new Principle is a fantastic compliment to the orthodox Pastor they have there. The day starts with Mass and ends with prayer. The principle is a dedicated spiritual sweet person with a huge heart. I am sure this school will be harder to get into in the future. If you are new to the area - do yourself a favor and go to mass here and check out the school.

The teachers and principal are fantastic!!

This littls school will be the school of the future.there is a heart there that cannot be found at any other school. Students move at their own pace with an outcome based assessment program. This allowsmove at their own pace. Between living true Catholic identity and a strong team of players I believe this school will fly!

St. Daniel's is a special school because students are allowed to work at a pace which best fits them. The day begins with Holy Mass and we believe that is why there is such a positive atmosphere there. The priests are great and the new principal loves all the kids and tries to get around to them as she can. I love the small numbers in the classes but believe this little school is on the grow.

This is a school on the grow. It has gone through some transitions with principals but the present one there obviously loves the children and shares Fr. McGuires vision to help children learn best by begiing their day first with Christ. They are beginning a new type of individual outcome based education which I believe will totally enhance their program. It won't belong before this school will have a waiting list to get in.

My children transferred to Saint Daniel's from another school and love it. The leadership teachers and parent involvement are outstanding.

Our children are thriving and have been for 7 years at this school.

St. Daniel the Prophet Catholic School has a strong Catholic identity. The students start the day with Mass each and every morning. The grace the students receive in Mass helps them throughout the day. The academics are superb and the teaching staff is very professional. I have had my children here for going on 7 years and I plan to keep them here through 8th grade. You will be very happy if you become a member of the St. Daniel's family.

St. Daniel the Prophet is a wonderful school with many dedicated people who help the children flourish. The teachers principal priests and parents help to give the school its warm family friendly environment. Of course the school is not perfect and cannot solve all of your problems! If you have a good student who will take advantage of a great educational environment then he/she will do well. Like with an education anywhere in the world you will get what you put into it. If education is important to you then St. Daniel s is the place for you. My kids who are great students love it here. I have been very pleased with how hard the teachers work to give the students a challenging quality curriculum. The only drawback is that the extracurricular activities are limited. However my kids do sports outside of school so that has not been a problem.

My children came to St. Daniel's last year and have enjoyed the transition for their previous school. In contrast to previous posts I have felt that the principal is very warm and supportive. She made us feel welcome at the school immediately. Although we ve had no problems I am confidant that she would be available for us at all times. My only concern has been that there is not enough influence on mathematics. Regardless of the math issue the teachers do seem to be highly qualified and dedicated. All in all we're very pleased with the school and especially the parish and its wonderful pastor Fr. McGuire. He and the other priests are a huge reason why we love our new parish and school.

The school has gone downhill. The teacher turnover has been detrimental to the academic standards in the school. Parent involvment is at an all time low because of principal/priest issues.

This school was great 7 or 8 years ago but now the children are treated like soldiers in a military academy. The principal doesn't seem to care about parents' opinions or concerns. In my opinion the academics have dropped to an all time low. There are no music art or computer programs. The sports program is mediocre at best. The principal is doing a poor job dealing with a wide spread bullying problem. The parish and school administration has had such a negative effect on school families; I would not recommend this school to anyone. We will not pay money for such a poor quality of school any longer so this will be our last year.

My son has been going to this school for the past 4 yrs. He is non-Catholic but the staff and teachers are wonderful to all! This school has stellar academics very friendly and consiencious staff and small teacher/student ratios. Only drawback - no formal music ed and foreign language programs but the staff is working to address this issue.
