This school is just terrible. The teachers do not do their jobs there are fights everyday you can't even walk in the doors without hearing profanity. I seriously do not think I've ever heard a single person say they love or loved attending this school. My daughter absolutely hated it there. I took her out as soon as possible. WORST school in caddo parish. DO NOT send your children there.

My daughter is currently a SENIOR at Huntington High School. I had reservations about her attending but I must say that I have been plesantly surprised! The teachers and adminstrators really care about the students. I applaud the teachers for bringing out the best in the students at Huntington. Keep up the good work.

Hungtngton is the best school in the land and no one can change that! Out of 100% 97% have and will grow up to be somebody. My child and her friends graduated in 2004 and they all are in school and doing great...they call her Mamp by the way! My son will be freshman next year and take a wild guess at where he's going...thats right THE BEST SCHOOL in CADDO.

My daughter attended huntington 4 years and graduated in 2004. I taught there for 1 school year. Awesome school! my daughter did well academically and never had any problems or safety issues. She is now a junior in college has been on the dean's list every semester. Huntington's teachers did a great job in preparing her for college. Huntington has a diverse student body which is great considering we live in a diverse society. There are many clubs and sports programs. Overall the teachers care and the administrators are willing to meet the students half way. Inspite of what others might think i know huntington is a great school for both students and teachers.

Huntington is a great school even though fellow students from high schools such as Byrd and Southwood think that we are a bad school but Huntington has great discipline the staff is courteous and friendly and if I were old enough I would most definately send my child there from experience.

Huntington has terrible discipline. I find at schools like this a lot of people don't face reality and just look at a school for its outside success. keep up the good work staff

Huntington has a great athletic program. They were in the state quarterfinals in 5 different sports last year. The strength of this school lies in the faculty and its leadership. It is a diverse school that has set the highest standard for its goal. There are a vast number of activities for students to enjoy in order to round out their education.

Huntington High School has wonderful programs for both students and parents. The faculty and staff work very hard to incorporate a loving family atmosphere while challenging students to strive to be the best. In Caddo Parish I would rate HHS as one of the top choice schools for a student to attend. Either attending the Law and Business Magnet or just enrolling in other curriculum Huntington strives for its students to top the competition in all aspects of educational extracurricular and creative teaching styles.

Huntington High School is definitely a great school. It is a school that respect diversity. The principal Mr. Davis is excellent. I think that Mrs. VanSant is a great academic leader. Mrs. Hudson is a great administrator who cares tremendously about children. Huntington is on the rise and will continue to be a great choice for all students irrespective of ethnicity or socio-economic status. Keep fighting to bring more AP/Honors classes to Huntington. We need more of the West side of town. I love Huntington. My daughter graduated from Huntington is 2003. She was well prepared for college and is doing quite well.
