Ohio Graduation Test (OGT)

In 2010-2011 Ohio used the Ohio Graduation Test (OGT) to test students in grade 10 in reading, writing, math, science and social studies. The OGT is a high school graduation requirement. The OGT is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined by the state of Ohio. I feel that Smithville while they may not currently have the best of facilities adequately provides it's students with the dedication motivation and determination to succeed. The Teachers and Faculty are always ready to help. I also think that with the recent levy (to build new facilities)passed that we will only see brighter days ahead Smithville will be able to regain its lackluster.

Smithville has gone downhill these past few years they keep making changes the rules so they have better control and everybody knows that students will bend the rules as much as they can. They dont even prepare you for college smithville students always have the worst time in college they arent ready for the real world. The Smithville staff really needs to get it together and fast.
