I've had 3 children at this school and it is the greatest! Small classroom sizes therefore children receive more time and attention. I have a child that ended his/her time at l'Heritage francais and was tested at his/her next school year and was advanced in all levels

L'Heritage Francais is a wonderful school. My child has been attending since the age of three. She was in a Co-op class for the age of three and four and is now a fifth grader fluent in the language of English and French. Our wonderful teachers are reviewed and hired by our dedicated and hard working principal. L'Heritage Francais is a safe and clean school. I'm very proud to be a part of it!

My family loves this school. We have sent all of our kids here. Staff and teachers are caring. The teaching staff are great and very attentive towards each child. As class sizes are small the children learn quickly and efficiently. We love the added bonus of learning french and having children who are bilingual!!!

This is a great school! I love it! The bilingual education my daughter is receiving is well worth the 45 minute commute time. The principal is amazing. She goes above and beyond getting to know each child and always finding ways to improve the school. They have a great music program and put on a darling show every spring. The office manager is always friendly and very helpful and the teachers are exceptional.Take a tour of the school. You will be very impressed.

L'Heritage Francais is an excellent school. The French immersion program at this gem of a school is incredible. I have personally seen non-French speaking children speak French after a short time at the school. The teachers are extremely nurturing and genuinely care for the students. I have twin boys in the pre-school. Every morning they wake up ready to go to school. I see a big difference in the calibre of education my children receive as opposed to the public education my nieces and nephew receive. My twins will continue their elementary education at L'Heritage Francais.. I must add the school community is EXTREMELY supportive here.

I have 2 children who currently attend L'Heritage Francais and my intention is to have them complete all of their elementary education at this school as it is exceptional! The education is top notch and the staff is kind caring and compassionate. On top of learning all academics (in both French and English) my children enjoy a full curriculum of music singing art and sports. My family commutes 40 minutes each day to get to school and it is absolutely worth it. I would recommend to L'Heritage Francais to any parent looking to give their child the gift of bilingualism and an over-all positive and rich learning experience.

L'H ritage Fran ais is an amazing little school that just keeps growing and growing every year as the word gets around about how fantastic it is! The gift of a bilingual education is an amazing thing to begin with but pair that up with teachers and office staff that actually are involved in the well-being and care of every child this gift becomes immeasurable! Every child is known by name all the parents are always felt welcomed and I get a cozy sense of being a part of an extended family each time I visit the school. Attending the Spring Show in late March was no different! From the second I walked in I was once again very welcomed by the staff and was handed a very-well executed Spring Show program detailing the events to come. I was floored by how well all the little Co-op chlidren already knew so much French through their songs! I laughed I cried I ooh'd and aah'd through it all! And icing on the cake was the yummy refreshments the school offered their guests after the wonderful performance! All in all I am extremely pleased to have been a part of this experience. I am very much looking forward to attending again next year to see my niece have fun on that stage!

My husband and I are extremely pleased with L'Heritage. My daughter is in the Co-Op program and at only 3 years old she is showing remarkable academic growth. I truly believe that L'Heritage has fostered a love for learning within her. She comes home every day excited to share about her day. My husband and I have no background in French but recognize the benefit of exposing children to multiple languages at a young age. She is picking up the French language quite well and is not afraid. Each day we are amazed to see how quickly she is learning. As a school teacher myself I know it is uncommon for schools to have such small class sizes. Often times schools are overcrowded and children fall between the cracks. Since parents have the opportunity to partake in their child's school day I have seen first hand how each child is given special one-on-one attention. This attention has made the world of difference to us and my daughter. It feels like an extension of our family. We know are daughter is loved and cared for. We plan on enrolling her next year. We couldn't be happier.

My son started preschool when he was 3 yrs old without any French on his vocabulary. Before he started pre K he was already able to communicate in French with his teachers and classmates. Now in K he is very confident speaking French to anybody even translating English to French or vice versa and from songs and kids books. Like many other parents I was not planning to enroll my son to a private school and particularly French bilingual school but after 3 yrs witnessing his tremendous progress in both academics and his personality I now would like my son to finish his elementary years in the school where teachers and staffs do care not just for my son s education but also on his demeanor and safety. If you are a parent and is looking for school where you can assure your kids are safe while learning do visit and talk to the Principal/Director who is also a registered nurse I guarantee your school searching will be over. One more thing the school is very clean and tidy after all it s the parents who keep it germs free. From a very grateful mom.

My daughter is just completing her first year in the co-op and I'm actually disappointed that the year is coming to an end. My daughter always looks forward to going to school in the morning. The director and staff pride themselves on giving students the best possible learning experience and making the best decisions to keep the school's mission alive. As a public school teacher I never imagined that I would want to put my child in private school but since finding L'Heritage Francais I don't feel we have any other option. This school has changed our entire life plan because no matter what we know that our daughter will be going to this school until she outgrows it. The class sizes are small and no matter what grade there will never be more than 15 kids in a class. In today's world that is almost unimaginable. I could go on and on about how happy we are with the school but you truly need to visit to appreciate the school and its teachings.

In September for the fourth and final time I will be entering my child in the co-op program. I am extremely excited for my son but am also saddened that this is the last time I will get to have my children participate in the coop program. My older 3 kids all had the opportunity to be in the co-op program at L'Heritage and they all loved it. My oldest is now 11 and she is excelling at her other school. I give L'Heritage Francais so much credit for starting her off on the right track. I have been involved with L'Heritage for the last 7 years and I look forward to being there again next year. The director is one of the most caring and understanding people that i have ever met. The rest of the staff couldn't be any kinder. I highly recommend L'Heritage to anyone and everyone who wants the best for their child.

For the last three years our child has attended L'Heritage Francais. We all cannot be happier. There is a sense of warmth and safety as you leave your precious children with their very competent staff. The teachers really take interest with each child to make sure they succeed. My husband and I are still in amazement that our child can write full sentences in french and english with ease. We love this school and will enroll our other children when they are of age. We are thankful to our friend who recommended L'Heritage Francais.

L' Heritage Francais has excellent teachers who are both passionate and compassionate. Children who attend this school recieve special attention other schools just don't have the time to give.

This school offers a very good quality French immersion program for a moderate and well deserved price. The Team the activities and the dedication of parents make it a great place for our kids to start their schooling life. My son is French but I have seen other kids of non French origin being able to speak as good as he did after a few months... Langages open doors to many opportunities and jobs at a later stage of life. This is the best easy gift you can offer your child while he is so able to learn and retain information. Thank you everyone at l'heritage francais. I trust that my son is in good hands which remained my main concern until I found you!

My son graduated from this school and is doing great! I attribute his success to his bilingual education.

The best kept secret of the neighborhood! The teachers are incredibly caring and have a way of bringing out the best in each child. The low student to teacher ratio is allowing each child to get plenty of attention. The preschool academic program is excellent but easy on the children as learning is done by play and sensory discoveries. As French speakers we are amazed to see how children who are only exposed to French in school are able to make their first sentences after only a couple of months. The preschool is a co-op program and the parents involvement is great. The facilities are large clean and very well furnished. Starting Sept. 2010 your child can attend from 3 years old until 2nd grade included. Monthly tuition is 50 to 60% less than other private French bilingual schools in LA. An amazing value! We couldn't be happier!

An outstanding school! What a great value! Kids learn two languages for the price of one. Start your kids early; it is so easy for kids to learn a second language while they are young. We aren't french speakers at home but our daughter converses in french quite easily in kindergarten. She really loves going to school there. She wakes up every Saturday and Sunday wanting to go to school. The teachers are so caring enthusiastic and creative. The small class sizes ensure that every child gets the attention they need and deserve. We love the bilingual education. We were clearly impressed by our daughters ability to speak french with a native accent but we were even more surprised by how well she is learning to read and write in both french and in english. The preschool program is an excellent way to get started here. A very special place.

I highly recommend this school. My son has been attending Co-Op since September of this year and he already speaks French!!! My friend's son attends another French school in the area and does not say anything more than hello and goodbye. The tuition is affordable and the staff is outstanding! We are very happy with L'Heritage Francais.
