Very involved parent population has a staff that is on their toes - organized and focused.

I am a proud parent of a 1st grader and 3rd grader at Mabry Elementary. Education is something my wife and I take to heart and we could not be happier with Mabry elementary. After three years of hands on interaction with the teachers office staff and parents I can say with great confidence that Mabry Elementary is a fantastic school across the board.

As I have attended private school my entire life I was weary about sending my child to a Public school. This school not only has changed my perception of public education but has exceeded my expectations. From having the children wear mandatory uniforms to instill discipline and self confidence to providing enhancement programs that continue to provide extended education- this school deserves the highest honors. The teachers faculty and Principal are always available if needed. I couldn't be happier with the foundation for learning this school provides for my child and highly reccomend this institution to anyone who is looking for a GREAT elementary school for their children. First impressions are the most important and this is what I've experienced as a first time parent.

It's telling that no reviews are posted since 2010. While some teachers are great there is no real innovation as a school and the same power hungry teachers and parents continue to control everything.

My son and daughter both attend Dale Mabry and we have been so impressed with ALL the teachers. My kids have both needed extra attention for various issues and the faculty/administration has been so attentive. You can't go wrong in choosing this school!!!

My kids are now in 4th and 5th grade having attended since kindergarten. The teachers and administrative staff are terrific and very responsive to parents. There are many opportunities to get involved as a parent. They offer the full gamut of support for kids who need extra help up to gifted students. They also offer a full complement of afterschool enrichment programs run by the PTA that offers something for every child.

We have attended Dale Mabry Elementary for the past 6 years. I now have three children attending this school. We love it! I especially love the exceptional education they are receiving in a public school (they even have mandatory uniforms!) The teachers and administration are awesome. We love Mabry!

My child has learned an awful lot in her first year of school (kindergarten). I am so impressed. The staff is extremely friendly. Parental involvement is very impressive. There are many choices for extracurricular activities. Great school.

We have just moved to GA in March and I didn't realize what a wonderful school Dale Mabry was until I had something to compare it to. Parent involvement was great there they had wonderful talent shows for all ages which were fun and also boosted self configdence. These all seem to be done entirely by parents which was remarkable to me. I also loved the teacher that my daughter had for kindergarten as she really knew how to reach and handle all students and bring out the best in them. From the 3 or 4 times I volunteered in the classroom I was amazed at her ability to manage behavior and speak to them in language that they understood and that got their attention and response. Her name is Ms. Boyle and I highly recommend her. It was so very neat that many parents were there every morning.

This is our first year here and love the discipline shown by the students and the academic programs are challenging. Lots of extracurricular activities are available and the school should offer more and more in the years to come due to high parental involvement.

Very good school! Very strong academics. Like a private school but free. Win battle of the books consistantly. Strong ESE programs. School does excellent on FCAT. Top elementary school in Hillsborough County Florida

DME seems to be a good school but the drop-off/pick-up situation is terrible. They really need to figure out a better way to handle it.

My son is in Mr. Connell's autistic classroom and I can not begin to tell you how well he has done. At the beginning of school he did not talk or socialize. Thanks to the help of Mr. Connell Ronald and Dorothy he is doing so much better! Even though he only talks in vowel sounds he is attempting to communicate. He now plays with his older sister and enjoys being around other children. My daughter also attends Dale Mabry and loves it. She is very gifted and this school challenges her. This is the first school she has been to that she has not said that she was bored. Thank you to Mrs. Brand Mrs. Hafer and Mrs. Christaldi! Because we are a military family we move every couple of years. The experience with Dale Mabry has been wonderful. Thanks to all who work and support this school.
