Excellent school. Sad to hear JoAnn Colson (Principal) is leaving next year but hoping to see this schoolremain rated as top.

This school is zoned to include many wonderful neighborhoods in the Southern portion of Tomball Texas. The teachers and staff at Willowcreek have been nothing but awesome in the 6 years I have had my kids going here. Mrs. Joann Colson and Mrs. Maryann Marshall Principal and Assistant Principal are always involved and approachable. My kids have been extremely happy growing up in this school.

I have had many problems with the teachers at this school and their attitudes and lack of care about the students and disregard for parents requests. I stated my son's first day of school that he was not to have sugar and this has never been respected I have talked to the teacher the nurse the cafeteria manger and it is still an issue. Last time I told the teacher to stop giving him sugar she said that maybe I needed to pack his lunch from now on. (forgetting that she has refused to let me send our own snacks before) Packing his lunch would kinda go against the fact that we are on free lunch for a reason if we're getting it I don't understand why our dietary modifications can't be respected for us to utilize the free lunch. Kids would be dead if they had a peanut allergy.

This is my son'd second year at Willowcreek. The teachers and staff are excellent. Everyone is very nice and very helpful. When he was a little behind in reading they were able to offer him tutoring at school and extra one on one time between him and the teacher. I am very pleased with this school.

I have been extremely pleased to have Willow Creek as our elementary school. The most impressive aspect is the great teachers we have been exposed to. All of our teachers like Ms. Lauersdorf Ms. Gooch Ms. Kullberg Ms. Miller and Ms. Donald have always given 110% to the kids. Ms. Colson the principal has made time for us to meet with her and discuss our kids. I am impressed with her willingness to listen and help. Everyone at WCES has been very nice to us. The facilities are excellent and provide a great environment for learning.

The new principal at Willow Creek needs to brighten up the students and parents days by wearing a smile and learning how to speak kind words to the parents. The principal did not take my concerns into consideration when I tried to express what I believed was the best interest for my child and her progression. She does what she wants to do and she states that very well. She should be more respectful to the parents and more enjoyable around the kids.

The prinicipal Jo-Ann Colson knows nothing about how to handle ADD and ADHD children. If you have a child who may not pay attention they are also quick to disavow and reponsibility in teaching these kids. Unless your child is a natural genius beware of this school. This is the worst school in an otherwise very good district.

It was a hard decision to send my child to public school but after meeting the staff I knew that Willow Creek was the school for my children. The teachers and staff are very warm and open to parental participation. Thank you Mrs. Colson for doing a great job!

Our child is in kindergarten and this is our first year with WCES. We have been extremely pleased with his progress throughout this school year and have been impressed by his teacher specifically and all the teachers principal and staff. I have spent a great deal of time at the school volunteering and am thankful for Mrs. Colson and her easy going nature. It is quite evident that she has a heart for children.

This is my child's first year at Willow Creek. I found the teachers and staff very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised and excited about the activities my child participates in and the number of opportunities to be involved as a parent.

The school on a whole is very good we have a new principal this year and I think the the school has taken on a different mood its too ridged and not a happy atmosphere any more. It used to be fun to go in and help or have lunch with your child now there are way to many restrictions. It has changed so much that we are very glad my child will not be there next year. My advice for the principal is take a deep breath and loosen up a little you can run a tight ship and also bend a little and make school fun for the kids and parents. Thank you.
