We recently moved to the area and my child has been attending 3rd grade here at EVS. This school the principal and the teachers have been a blessing. My son has inattentive ADD and struggled in expensive private schools prior to attending EVS. This has been the best school he has attended to date. The staff has been more than helpful to get him into a 504 plan and his teacher has really worked hard to accommodate his learning requirements. My son loves school now his teacher and classmates and his performance in school and learning is constantly improving. The Principal takes time to know all the children parents and families. My only regret is that we didn't move our son into this school sooner.

I student taught at EVS and have had experience in various schools in New England. The community feeling at EVS is perhaps its most distinguishing characteristic. Principal and faculty work together to create an amazing learning environment for their students. In regards to community involvement EVS goes above and beyond to help out families in need and the principal and teachers make a concerted effort to stay connected to the surrounding community. They are also constantly looking for ways to improve and keep up with 21st century learning. EVS students are engaged and challenged every day. EVS is certainly a school that focuses on the "whole child." They are committed to the welfare of each of their students as well as academic achievement. The Upper Valley is full of wonderful schools and EVS deserves to be ranked among the best.

Couldn't ask for a better school or teachers! We have been more impressed every year by the teachers and staff. They are there with the students' best interest in mind.
