The leadership of the school is not very professional or respected by staff or parents. The teachers however are amazing. They are the only reason we keep sending our kids back!

As both a parent and substitute in the district I am impressed with Rossman. I have been extremely pleased with the education my 2 daughters are receiving. Overall the teachers are caring and knowledgeable. The school maintains a good and respectful learning environment and has high expectations in student achievement and behavior. Teachers do the needed work to keep learning engaging - and differentiate their instruction to challenge students who need more and support those who are struggling. I would rank most teachers as 5 star but have reservations about one teacher my oldest had early in her learning.

I think Rossman school has great teachers and staff. I think that the grading system for kindergarten thru 3rd grade is horrible. I don't care if everybody else is using it. Proficient isn't acceptable to me.
