I attended Arlington Middle School 2010-2013 6th to 8th grade. The way that school brings you in as a 6th grader and out as family amazes me. My brother attends there and he also says that he feels sick when he hears they are transferring AMS to LMS. The teachers and staff are the biggest part of this family. You walk in the hallways like it's your home. I would've rather been in school on the weekends and during any break. Now that i'm in High School its so different everyone that went to AMS is family and we have stuck together. It's a unexplainable feeling and I feel so sorry for the students that aren't going to feel that feeling that would've been able to if the school wasn't transferring. AMS is and will always be my home it stinks to see it be separated but I hope it was the best decision. I'd like to thank the AMS teachers staff and students for giving me a new home and a new family those 3 amazing years of my life. Unforgettable memories.

I work at Arlington Middle and also have a child who attends. He loves it here and there are so many wonderful extra curricular activities to cater to students' individual interests. The teachers are very giving of their time and energy to the students and they truly care about the welafre of the students. The school is very accomodating to studnets' needs and overall my son loves it here!
