Not a very helpful school staff does not much care for the students. Counselors are great but principals are not. they don't have any faith in the children and give out suspensions like its nothing. As a parent they never listened to me and never offered any support to my kid i transferred her to Centennial and she actually graduated. Where in Reynolds she didn't stand a chance.

I withdrew my daughter from this school in her freshman year because I was appalled by the lack of parent/staff communication going on. When I discovered that my daughter was skipping school I informed the counselor about it and even went to the vice principal to see if we could all sit down and discuss it. Instead I was told that the school was not a babysitter and if I wanted to make sure my daughter was in class that I should attend school alongside her. Not the response I was hoping for and apparently authorities who have encountered this (within the law and counseling fields) have noticed this as well.

Rhs is one of the best school in oregon. It opens up many opprotunities for kids with its career pathways. The arts and sports are great and the staff is nice.

I'm currently a junior at Reynolds High School and I believe that it's a great school. Sure the classrooms may be crowded because a large student population but the teachers make sure that students understand the materials even if it means sacrificing personal time.

I am a student at reynolds and a junior. I think we have a good safe environment to get an education. Its frustrating to hear that we are being labeled a 'drop out factory' I for one and many of my friends have no intentions whatsoever of dropping out. I think the staff is great and even though it's a little crowded we have plenty of teachers to help us and push us to be the best we can be.

Well I was a student of RHS but for some reasons I have to move to to TX. Anyway I really miss RHS it is really a great school. The teachers were very nice to me some are very funny and friendly. I was very sad when I left RHS because I had a lot of memories about it.

I am a student at Reynolds High School. I do like the school and most of the teachers. But at the same time I do just fine in there. I also am a student there and I know this from personal experience. The school is about as safe as it can get before you have S.W.A.T. walk you to your class. There are usually two if not three police officers and seven or eight Student Management Team members and not to mention that all of the teachers stand in the hall way and watch the kids and 9 out of 10 times the students will not do anything. Now why would our school be so crowded and have such a drop out rate but yet I hear all the time that parents say our son is in the military and collage because of Reynolds High School and staff!

Im a senior at reynolds and I think that even though it is the biggest school in t he state it still offers great help to students. Reynolds has outstanding after school activities and sports.

I think that Reynolds High school is a great school at least it has been so far and I'm a junior in the fall. Sure the hall get over crowded during passing time and sure the security isn't the best. However the teachers try their hardest to keep the students organized and on track. The extracariculars even though they arent for every one to do they are fun to watch especially the sports. Reynolds is a great enviornment for learning and to just hang out with friends. Plus most of the teachers are pretty funny if you have a dry sence of humor. I would rather go to Reynolds than anyplace else for my High school career.

This is a very good school iam a freshman and i love it!athe only problems are the students with problems if they were all out of are school the school would be perfect but other rhen that the teachers are very good at teaching the security deals with thing how they are supposed to be dealt and the principles are very understanding.I was actually on my way to getting kicked out because i was acting up and getting very bad grades and the staff got me back on track and noe iam getting a's and b's so thankyou to the staff and overall this is a great school!

I have been to a lot of schools during the course of my school career. Reynolds is a good school with teachers that are passionate about teaching and actually want their students to learn the material. People complain about the size. Frankly I rather prefer a larger school. People mind their own business and you have a large variety of different backgrounds to help you gain a better understanding of the world. As for safety I felt safe there sure there were a couple of fights but all in all it is a pretty good school. As for parents not being able to contact teachers they should look to their children because every syllabus I have ever gotten had contact information that worked. Frankly I think some parents should stop complaining about the school system and actually raise their kids. It is not their fault for all your kid's problems.

I think reynolds is a great school i graduated from reynolds june 1 2005 and i dont think i would have graduated if it wasnt for my counsler Mr.Klindnt and the teachers are great. They helped me so much i got prenant and was lacking and they helped me get the rest of my credits and i got to graduate early and got to walk with my class instead of dropping out . So whoever thinks that reynolds is a bad school is wrong they try to help more than everyone thinks and my family and i are really greatful and i wish i was still going to school there .

I'm a parent with a daughter going to Reynolds. The size of the school makes safety a concern. They need more staff for there kids. My daughter tells me that the school needs more room. I do know that there needs to be a system where the parents can easily talk to teachers or find out information that we need to know to be involved. There are many parents who wish to be more involved. The effort needs to work both ways. Reynolds has the ability to be a great school but is not. Discipline seems to be highly lacking!

I have two sons who graduated from Reynolds. Like others on this feedback board I think that the size of the school is a concern and as I look over test scores I worry the school is not doing there job. In our area Reynolds has one of the highest dropout rates (last I heard) with Sam Barlow the lowest. How do we fix this? Money for schools through property tax is certainly not the way.

I believe Reynolds is a good school. The teachers are great. I graduated in 2000 and have a successful career as a military officer. Reynolds helped me to have an easy transformation to college and gave me the drive to acomplish my goals. The Natural Reasources program is excellent.

I am actually a student here and this school lacks in so many areas. one is disipline. we have way too many kids to possibly worry about. our teachers dont teach us stuff we need to learn for the following year. we have tons of stuff like clubs and sports that we waste our money buying stuff for that and not buying things like books. we have very poor leadership. -Amy
