Manzo is a small neighborhood school. The students families and faculty work together to make it a welcoming place aiming for academic excellence withhigh expectations for students. We have planted a Desert Biome on a vacant lot begun rainwater harvesting and are practicing reconciliation ecology. We have a real team spirit. I used to teach special education classes at Manzo elementary. It is a wonderful school that is an important part of the community. The special educaton team is the best I have worked with. The school counselor is innovative and an incredibly positive influence on the students and the community. Manzo elementary is like an extended family for the students in the community.

My children adore their school and the staff and teachers go above and beyond for the students. The principal Mr. G. is gracious and very hands on...I wouldn't have my children go anywhere else.
