My child attends kitty hawk and I think that some of the teachers are not interested in your child unless they are smart. Teachers at this school they believe tutoring is just for kids who need to make up work that they have missed because they were absent. If your child is struggling there is no help for them. they don't know the meaning of privacy i was walking to my child's class in the morning during passing period and heard two teachers speaking negative about a student and their parents. Also the head administrator is unprofessional and oblivious as to what his role is suppose to be at this school.

My child is an 8th grader and this is his third year at Kitty Hawk. I must say that this year things are definitely different. Communication is definitely not a priority anymore with the previous prinicipal having left. Teachers seem to know that communication to parents isnt as important to the new principal because I cant get anyone to answer any questions. Sad.

Kitty Hawk is an unbelievable school. Whether there is good news to share or not so good news the principal ensures that all parents know what is happening. I find her (the principal) to be very welcoming very knowledgable and the kids love her!

I email this principal last year when my daughter was in the fifth grade. She email me back that day with an answer. My daughter at time did not go to that school. Since that time I have notice that the staff at that school has good commutations with the parents.

Great team work great opportunities for student to shine. My son is here in the country for the first year at G8 with the support from his counselor and teachers he has done excellence. He is a member of NJSH he received Extraordinary Talent and Dedication to Excellence Awards tonight. Without Great School like Kitty Hawk my son will not be at this point. My appreciation to all staffs that make us so happy and go forward.
