I am a substitute teacher at North Bay. North Bay is s very impressive building. I have taught in grades 3-6 and I am very impressed with the children's enthusiasm and behavior. The students enjoy reading when asked to read orally and silently and can answer questions about the selections very well. The math interest is kept alive by daily questions over the loud speaker. The principal Mr. Ziehler is a very competent leader in the building. He has a smile on his face all day as he visits each class daily. The teachers are very enthusiastic and enjoy a great rapport with the students and each other. They are all extremely helpful to substitutes. There is a system for parent involvement which makes parents feel very comfortable and appreciated. All in all it is one of the best schools I have ever seen in my 33 year teaching

I have 3 children that attend North Bay Elementary and they love this school. They adore their teachers and so do we. The principal Mr. Zieler is wonderful. He makes sure he knows all the students by name and also the parents. He's great and so is North Bay.
Last year was my sons final year at North Bay. I wish he could stay here until 12th grade!!! I have nothing but positive things to say.
