Zillow® Web Tools and Widget Terms of Use

Zillow offers the Zillow Web Tools and “Widgets” under these terms. If you use any Widget, you agree to be bound by these terms of use:

  1. You may only display a Widget on your web site, and not in any other manner.
  2. Your web page title and other trademarks and logos must appear at least as prominent as Zillow's trademarks and logos in the Widget. You may not display the Widget in any manner that implies affiliation with, sponsorship, or endorsement by Zillow.
  3. The page of your web site must place the Widget in a context appropriate to the content of the Widget, and any reference to Zillow or its products and services must be accurate. For example, a discussion of personal finance, mortgage markets or residential real estate would be in context; sexually explicit content would not be in context.
  4. You may not display the Widget on any site that disparages Zillow or its products or services, infringes any Zillow intellectual property or other rights, or violates any applicable law.
  5. These terms of use do not grant any rights in any Zillow code, content, logos or trademarks beyond the limited permission to display the Widget granted herein. Zillow reserves the right at any time to terminate or modify your permission to display the Widget, or to change or to cease the content returned by the Widget.
  6. You acknowledge and agree that Zillow may crawl or otherwise monitor your site for the purpose of confirming compliance with these terms of use.
  7. ZILLOW DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY LAW REGARDING ANY WIDGET, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  8. Zillow reserves the right to change these terms of use, and you are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms of use. Your continued use of any Widget after the effective date of such changes will constitute acceptance of and agreement to any such changes.
