The 'Next Generation' environment is not a good fit for all kids. Seems that if your child doesn't 'thrive' they're labeled. Each child is an individual but the teachers seem to want them all to be the same. Educators need to open their eyes and help the kids thrive especially those that need it the most. Watch out if your child is in this type of 'learning' environment.
the teachers and staff are awesome...the next generation learning environments are really helping my children to excel. There is always something going on through the PTA for families to do and the afterschool programs are great!
Great progressive school that is now implementing next generation learning. I have a 3rd grader who has thrived in that learning environment. Teachers are amazing and consistently go above and beyond. My daughter starts kindergarten there in the fall and I couldn't be happier.
We love Walker ! We did a lot of school research and decided on Walker. The teachers staff PTA and parent involvement are all amazing. They are very progressive in their teaching methods and technology. The class sizes are small and they still offer all the "specials" like art music and more. We couldn't be happier.
