My sister and I went to West Jefferson our whole lives now my children are there. The teachers are eager to talk about your child and the progress they are making. The staff are outstanding! Every single child gets personal attention from the teacher because the classes are not so big that a child can be lost. Love this school!!

Both my daughters absolutely blossomed at this school. My youngest daughter started going here 3 years ago in 2nd grade. I was floored when she came home one day and said to me "Thank you mom for bringing me to West Jefferson. I never knew school could be so awesome!" You simply cannot place a value on that. It was almost a private school feel in a public school setting. I felt as though all of the faculty were looking after my daughters. Even the bus driver would stop and blow the horn every single morning whether she was at the bus stop or not. He saved her from missing the bus many many times. Thank you West Jefferson for taking care of my girls the way that you have. We will never forget you.

I love the school they are always concerned about the kids well being. They are very helpful with helping the parents. I know every one has flows but I have yet to find one with this school. I could not find a better school for my children. Thanks

I have two children who attend W. Jefferson and overall I love it but when we did have a concern with the behavior of one teacher my husband and I were surprised with the way the principal tried to cover for the poor behavior on her part. This year will be better neither of our children have her. Other staff is caring and concerned and treat the children very well we are happy to have them there.

I will give this school 100 stars if I could. The teachers are so careing and I thank god for them. They are really good to my little boy and he loves them so very much.

This is our first year of experiencing West Jefferson Elementary. And as it goes my child loves the school but I am unclear to how my child is learning math. When I question the teacher she is vague and did not want to tell me the methods that she is using when teaching my child. The school over all is great and the other staff members seem to be well versed.
