I am truly grateful for the teaching staff at Marshall Street School. I had to remove my son from a catholic grade school do to the fact that even after 2 years of kindergarten and the full acknowledgement of the teacher and principal nothing was done to improve my son's reading disability. I never wanted him out of catholic school however my child needed much more than they were giving. My son's teachers kept me informed with updates and scheduled meetings. My son enjoyed going to school and did not miss one day. Every school could benefit from additional monies. The other students seem content. My whole attitude towards public education has changed. I was raised a catholic school girl but I have seen the light. Thanks to Marshall Street School and teaching staff for improving both my son's and my life. T

The teachers are really good and very dedicated. They seem pretty happy and very able to meet students and parents where they are. The admin is very receptive to parental involvement and suggestions. Many students here are not well prepared for school and yet are engaged learning and proud. Student culture can be a bit rough but discipline is handled directly consistently and lovingly. Wish it went to grade 8! Visual Art program is weak. Love the diversity and positive attitudes of staff.

My Daughter is in Kindergarten and she is having a great experience. She really likes her teacher. Her homeowrk is challenging butnot too hard. The school really supports their students. They teach the students about sharing caring and friendships which I think is just as important as the academic lessons.
