I'm graduating soon...and I can honestly say that for the most part this is a wonderful school. There are a few teachers with swelled egos and a few students who are rude and disrespectful but a few bad apples don't spoil the whole bunch. =) Overall fantastic school with wonderful memories.

People can say what they want about this school. But I had a child who was making high 90's to 100 on her report card in language arts but could barely write a paper that was even close to grammatically correct and she was in 10th grade. My question was how can papers that appear to be written by a 4th or 5th grader manage to get such high grades for a 10th grader and how is this really preparing them for college. A college professor would eat them alive. I don't want my child in a school that shovels out A's and B's for the sake of meeting there required ratings but one that prepares my child for college.
West-Oak High School is an amazing place to teach. The students are respectful and a joy to work with. The parents are supportive and the faculty is the most caring and involved faculty I've experienced. There is a true sense of community. I am so proud to be a part of West-Oak High School!
I'm not exactly a parent seeming I go to this school...but after attending West-Oak for 3 years thus far I'm inclined to recommend it to anyone who wants a feeling of security and who wants to feel welcomed. This school has provided me a very good education and I've enjoyed the atmosphere very much!
I had 3 girls to graduate from WestOak. I believe that the school is a very good school and would recommend it to anyone.
