A little trick to find a bargain
Search your local MLS, Zillow, or any other online real estate listings site for homes that have the one main photo, but no additional photos.
These homes are less likely to have had as many showings as the homes with several additional photos.
With so many home buyers searching online now, many times the homes without additional photos have been passed over by buyers who want to use the additional photos to screen potential homes.
Take some time to consider these homes, and you might find yourself a bargain!
