How Much Can I Save?

Following the close of escrow, you will receive a cash rebate equal to 25% * of your agent's actual commission. If you buy and sell a home through this program, you will earn a cash rebate on both transactions.

Home Purchase Price: $300,000.00

Rebate: $2,250.00

* Cash rebate is 25% of your agent's commision.
* In above example, commission rebated to seller is based on 3% commission of sales price received by listing broker.
* In above example, commission rebated to buyer is based on 3% commission of sales price received by selling broker.
* In some instances, your agent's commission may be less than 3%.
* For transactions with a purchase price of $134,999.99 or below no rebate applies.
