There is good news for Marylanders this year as homeowners might get to see a drop in Maryland foreclosures. So far there have been a high number of Maryland foreclosure homes in different counties like Baltimore, Oakland, Cambridge, Annapolis, Salisbury, Columbia, Bethesda and Silver Spring. The high rate of foreclosures has resulted due to the fact that homeowners have been unable to pay off the mortgage payments on time.
