Customary costs above and beyond the sale price of the property that must be paid to cover the transfer of ownership at closing. These fees could include: Loan Fees, Cost of Abstract, Recording Deed and Mortgage, Documentary Stamps on Deed, Escrow Fees, Real Estate Commissions, Attorney's Fees, Title Insurance, Survey Charge, Appraisal Fees, and Inspection Fees.
