Edit Your Home Facts

What is it?

It's a feature that allows the owner of the home to update their home facts (such as number of bedrooms or square footage) as necessary.

Why Use it?

  • Improve your Zestimate value and Rent Zestimate -- When you edit your home facts, your updates may affect your home's Zestimate value, or your Rent Zestimate.
  • Set the record straight -- Our data comes from public records, which can be outdated or incorrect.
