FSBO

FSBO, widely known as for sale by owner has became widely popular in last decade. As the name suggest it is a method in the real estate market where owner themselves are involved in selling of their property, land, homes etc.

The thousand of dollars that home sellers are required to pay in commission to the real estate agents can be saved through the FSBO method.

Nowadays many online companies have appeared to help people with this method. They can advertise their property in MLS and FSBO lists and the buyer will contact themselves. All they need to find where they have to list their property.
