Forbearance Agreement

Forbearance allows you to temporarily postpone or reduce your principal payments.  You are still responsible for the accrued interest during the forbearance period. Unpaid interest will be capitalized into principal at the end of the forbearance period.

A forbearance is commonly used in foreclosure and other distressed situations where the property owner can show potential to repay the loan.
