Foreclosure

Foreclosure is a legal process by which a bank or lender sells or repossesses a mortgaged property because the borrower could not pay the loan.

 

If you have been foreclosed on, it does not mean you cannot get a loan in the future, but the terms of your loan may not be as favorable.
