With Young's financial experience as a profitable mortgage broker, the 3 created a partnership and began GetMyHomesValue.com.

Initially concentrated in key real estate markets of Florida, Pennsylvania, California, Arizona, Washington DC, Maryland, New Jersey, Nevada, Virginia and Georgia, GetMyHomesValue.com continues to grow through tactful innovation. In September 2006, GetMyHomesValue.com became a featured service on realestatejournal.com, while co-founder Rory Wilfong debuted as a columnist for Realty Times, the leading real estate news site on the internet.

Drawing upon the owners' collective experience, 2005 was the pioneering year where GetMyHomesValue.com began to set itself apart from other services. In early 2005, GetMyHomesValue.com introduced Veri-Lead. With Veri-Lead, GetMyHomesValue.com actively attempts to verify the accuracy of contact information submitted by consumers.
