HELP - Site Errors

Question and Answer:

 

Q: When visiting the Map & Search page, I get an error saying "We're sorry, please refresh and try your search again."

A: You may have a bad version of Flash installed on your computer. Try these steps (via DevLib):

Open a DOS / CMD Window.

1) Type: "cd \windows\system32\macromed\flash" and hit enter.

2) Then type: "flashutil9b.exe -uninstallUnlock" and hit enter.

3) Finally type: "flashutil9b.exe -uninstallSafeVersions" and hit enter.

If you see a dialog for step 2 or 3, select "Don’t Install" and try the step again. You probably had a typo.

If you see an error "flashutil9b is not recognized ?", install Flash as described below and let us know what happens.

4) del flash9b.ocx

5) del flashutil9b.exe

 

If you see an "Access is Denied" error, it means Flash is in use and you must close all apps besides the DOS command window.

 

Reboot the pc, then go to zillow.com and follow the links to reinstall Flash again.
