How to Post to Craigslist from Zillow
We developed an easy way for agents, landlords, property managers and sellers to post their for-sale or for-rent listings to Craigslist using HTML code generated by Zillow.
How can I post my listings on Zillow to Craigslist?
Users can post to Craigslist from Zillow in three easy steps:
• Find the active listing on Zillow. Under the photos, mouse over the Edit button and select "Post to Craigslist."
• A screen will appear with the Craigslist code. If you don't already have a Craigslist posting page open (where you've selected the city and category in which you'd like the ad to appear) you can click the "Go to Posting Area" link provided. Then simply copy and paste the code generated into the "Posting Description" field.
• After completing the posting process on Craigslist, an ad will be created with all of your property information, links to your photos, and contact information.

What's the benefit of posting my listings to Craigslist via Zillow?
You can create an attractive Craigslist listing that can include multiple photos, listing information, and agent contact info in seconds. Plus, except for posting apartment rentals in New York City, posting real estate listings to Craigslist is free.

Why can't Zillow post listings to Craigslist on my behalf?

How do I edit my listing once it is on Craigslist?
Once a listing is posted on Craigslist, all edits must be done on Craigslist. Simply sign into your Craigslist account and make the necessary edits.
If I edit my listing on Zillow, will the changes automatically appear on Craigslist?
No. Edits to your listing on Zillow will not automatically appear on Craigslist. You'll need to log into Craigslist and manually update the listing. Another option is to start fresh and select a new set of HTML code.
Will emails sent from the Craigslist ad always go to the contact email in the Zillow listing feed?
No. Users have the opportunity to manually enter the contact information of their choosing into a separate "reply to" field on Craigslist.
