The MyTownMLS websites are designed to take the hard work out of keeping your web presence exciting and fresh. Each site has a featured listing system that conects to Zillow and Trulia for independent market research and to your local State MLS, providing complete coverage for buyers and sellers in your area and across the country.
Each website uses edit-in-place technology that allows authorized users to edit the site content from any web browser, so adding new content or updating existing pages is reliable and simple. Registered users can add their own Free and Featured ($) listings and select from fee for service and Full Service options. PayPal is integrated into each site to accept payments.
Multiple site templates can be selected at will or changed automatically by season for instance. Content management has never been easier. The site development framework is based on open architecture technology and can be extended and modified to meet any requirement.
Affiliation and banner advertising are also built-in to each site template making relationship building easy to manage.
Offer free on site listings that can be upgraded to Featured Listings for a fee and Entry Only MLS listings that let the seller handle showings. Any combination of servcices can be paid for directly using PayPal to handle the private customer details. Seller's can pay by credit card, check, wire or PayPal.
