Privacy and Terms of Use

How does Zillow protect my personal information?
We do not sell your personal information. We have great respect for your privacy -- read more in our Privacy Policy.

How can I use Zillow data on my own site?
You can sign up to use Zillow data on your site via the Zillow API Network. Not only can your users get Zestimates, but the API also offers Zillow Home Value Index, historical sales, and comparables. It's easy to do: Read the benefits of using the API. You can also add mortgage and listing widgets to your site, which contain co-branding capabilities.

Can others "scrape" Zillow data for use on their own sites?

Much of our data is licensed to us only for use by consumers on the Zillow site. That means that scraping data or distributing it on other Web sites is not allowed, except in the case of permitted search engines. See our Terms of Use for more info.
