Can I print my house information?

Yes. Just click on the "Print page" link under "Tools." You can also sign up to get Zillow Home Report e-mail updates about your home (or other homes) so you can stay on top of the Zestimate and home info changes.

How can I stop receiving e-mails from Zillow?

To stop receiving e-mail updates, click on "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any e-mail. Or, go to My Zillow, click on My Account and uncheck any e-mails you no longer want to receive.

The home search doesn't work on my computer. What's wrong?

It could be that you are using a browser that we do not support. We support:

Windows XP and Vista

• Internet Explorer 7
• Internet Explorer 6
• Firefox 3

Mac OSX

• Safari 3
• Firefox 3

Note: The search may not work if you are using a plug-in that blocks Flash applications, such as Flashblock for Firefox. If you have a Flash blocking plug-in installed, add www.zillow.com as an allowed site on your pop-up blocker list so you can perform searches.


I'm having problems accessing your site. Is there something I need to install?
