What To Disclose

If you are wondering whether or not to disclose some information about your property, the answer is DISCLOSE.

The No. 1 reason sellers get sued is failure to disclose something they knew or should have known. Sellers are afraid they will scare away a buyer if they disclose. However, it is far better to scare away a buyer than to get sued. Sellers do not realize they have no protection from any insurance policy in this case. They will have to pay the lawyer even if they win.
