How do I join the directory?
By registering on Zillow, you're automatically added to the Zillow Professional Directory. Another way to join is to click the "Join the directory" link in the Tools section, located on the left-hand side of all pages in the directory.

Is the directory only for real estate professionals?
Primarily, the directory is for consumers to find real estate professionals on Zillow. But anyone who has a profile on Zillow can be found in the directory.

How do I get to be listed in the top of the directory?
Search results are based on relevancy, but you can fine-tune the results by sorting by specific categories such as location, experience, contributions, ratings, and more. Also, the more active you are on Zillow, the more likely you will be listed higher in the sort order.

How do I search the directory?
The easiest way to find people in the directory is by using the search boxes at the top of the directory pages. Just enter a keyword ("plumber," "contractor," etc.) and/or a name ("Joe Smith"), and then enter a location if you're looking for someone in a specific city or neighborhood ("Woodland Hills, CA"). Then click "Go."
